Floby's 20th-Anniversary Concert: An Enthusiastic Audience Despite the Postponement Due to Bad Weather

Originally scheduled for Saturday, August 1, 2026, the free concert celebrating Floby’s 20-year career has been postponed to Sunday, August 2, at 10 a.m. at the Terrain des Léopards (formerly Stade de France – 1200 Logements), due to unfavorable weather conditions.

However, this date change did not dampen the public’s enthusiasm. On the contrary, fans turned out in force to celebrate with Floby two decades of musical journey, passion, and shared experiences.

In a festive atmosphere, the event lived up to all expectations. A spectacular stage performance, a connection with the audience, and memorable moments marked this celebration, which will remain a highlight of the artist’s career.

Beyond the show itself, this event demonstrates the Burkinabé public’s devotion to Floby and to its artists in general, as well as the important role that music plays in promoting national culture.

Despite unforeseen weather-related challenges, Floby’s 20th-anniversary concert turned out to be a resounding popular success, offering attendees a memorable moment of celebration and pride.
